School Council Meeting 30/7/08

Chairperson: Maddie Secretary: Max

Meeting opened at 12:13pm in Meeting room.  Apologies: Ben H, Ollie C, Eloise, Cameron M.

Matters Arising:

1. We brainstormed the rest of the projects for the year.

2. Jack, Max and Carmie will investigate what has happened to the iMovie. Imovie will be put onto the Student Council wiki.

3. Mufti day, need to work from step thirteen onwards.

General business:

1.  Brainstorm projects: Carmie has finish her writing on the whiteboard. We voted to complete the folowing muftiday projects:

NZ= Autism nz

ChCh=Methodist Mission

School = Raise money for more sports gear.

World = Sponsored child, World Vision, and Red Cross

We will also organise a coin trail for blind/puppy week & we will organise bandana  sales for Canteen. 

2. This term’s projects: Finish last mufti day = Eloise, Wilson and Mollie (check that World Vision has been paid, etc.)

Imovie for student Council wiki = Jack, Carmie and Max

Next mufti day = Maddie, Tom, and Tara for Autism NZ (NZ project)

The meeting closed at 12:25 pm.
