School Council Meeting 5/6/08

Meeting opened at 12:05pm in Meeting room.  Apologies: None

Matters Arising:

1. Tom can’t say his Script at this assembly because he has an appointment. Jack will take his place.

2.  We may have to wait another week for our assembly item because the photos aren’t the best. 

3.  The mufti day group have made a list of jobs.

General business:

1. Brainstorm projects:  Carmie will write the ideas onto the whiteboard so that we can vote easily.

2. Assembly badge presentation: We have until 1.10pm today to finish the iMovie, otherwise we will postpone until next school assembly.

We are starting to practise our scripts now.

3.  Mufti day preparation:  The rest of the Student Council will start preparing for a mufti day to raise money for Marchar Sarita. We have 17 steps until we actually do the mufti day!!!

4.  Finishing each meeting:  Jack suggested that we all meet at the end of each meeting to discuss progress.  But some of us have sport practice so we woulndn’t be able to do it.  Ms B suggested that we discuss porgress at the start of each meeting.   

The meeting closed at 12:20 pm.
