School Council Meeting 12/6/08

Meeting opened at 12:05pm in Meeting room.  Apologies: Jack Whittam (late) Elioese Crawford (late)

Matters Arising:

1. Terrifyng Tuesday: Rob Clarke has replied to Wilson’s email and Maddie and Tara have finished finding cartoons for the Marchar Sarita mufti day.

General business:

1. Brainstorm projects:  Carmie didn’t finish her writing on the whiteboard so she will carry on now.

2. Assembly badge presentation:  We have until next Thursday to finish the iMovie, otherwise we will postpone until next school assembly.

Maddie and Tara = Script, 

Ben, Ollie, Cameron = Camera, 

Jack, Max, Carmie = Imovie

We are continuing to practise our scripts now and take more photos.

3. Mufti day preparation:  The rest of the Student Council will continue preparing our mufti day to raise money for Marchar Sarita. We have 17 steps until we actually do the mufti day!!!  Mufti day is just one and a half weeks away.

4. Blog: Mr Clark has asked Jack to make a blog for the student council. Ms B suggested that Jack teach some others from the Student Council.

6.  Laptops for meetings:  Wilson suggested that we book a pod of computers for every meeting so that we can work on them.  Maddie and Tara said they’d book the pod for us and bring the box over evey meeting from their class.

The meeting closed at 12:15 pm.
