School Council Meeting 15/5/08

Meeting opened at 12pm in Meeting room.  Apologies: Tom Preston, Cameron Metherell, Molly Harris

Matters Arising:

1. No minutes from previous meeting as this is our first meeting. 

General business:

1. Student Council role: Ms B talked about the role of the Student Council being to complete projects that make a difference in four areas (school, ChCh, NZ, and world), and represent the whole school including the juniors.

2. Special responsibilities:  Ms B explained what the chairperson and secretary do, and called for volunteers.  Chairperson = Ben, Tom, Carmie, Maddie, Tara.  Secretary = Jack, Max

3.
